For long-distance and out-of-state moves, your binding written quote is the controlling document. If the actual scope of your move differs from what was described to us, your final price may be adjusted in accordance with that written quote.
Booking and services
A move is reserved only once Ivy Movers confirms your date and, where applicable, receives any agreed deposit. The specific terms of your move — services included, schedule, payment, deposit, and cancellation terms — are set out in the written quote and any move documents you receive, which together with these Terms form the agreement between us. Where those move documents and this website conflict, the move documents control.
